As a full-service video firm, Advanced Video Solutions offers the following services:
It is not always feasible for a witness to appear live at trial to give testimony. Video taping their deposition is the perfect way to capture the testimony and present it to the judge and jury. We have been video taping depositions in the Chicagoland area since 1986. AVS employs only experienced videographers who use professional grade equipment to provide you with the best product possible.
Video synchronization is the process of synchronizing a deposition's audio and video to the written transcript. AVS does this by using advanced speech and pattern recognition tools.
AVS has the ability to provide you with many product options to meet your needs. We can give you a complete product that will allow an attorney and his staff to view video alongside the transcript, create video clips for trial, search transcripts, and more. We can also export the synchronized data to many popular trial presentation formats such as: TrialDirector, Livenote, Sanction, etc. AVS can also provide a synchronized video DVD that allows you to view the video deposition and transcript on a regular DVD player or PC.
Having the right equipment and technician are crucial to a successful courtroom playback. AVS uses only state of the art audio/visual equipment and our experienced team of technicians operate to the highest level of professionalism. AVS can provide all of the audio/visual equipment needed to support your trial; ie. large flat-panel monitors to display videos, dvd player, projector and screen, speakers, ELMO, etc. An experienced technician will set-up and tear-down all equipment per your instruction and is available to remain in the courtroom upon request.
Pre-construction video is an inexpensive insurance policy against expensive litigation. No matter who you are - owner, general contractor or city manager, pre-construction video is an important tool to stave off costly litigation and protect you from alleged property damage claims.
Our crew of experienced videographers will capture the entire scope of the project while on foot. Walking the project allows us to see and more accurately capture the real pre-existing condition of the area where construction is to be done. Our professional team has the proper equipment, experience and knowledge to produce a pre-construction video that will potentially end false claims before they escalate into litigation.
A post-construction video is the perfect way to demonstrate how the project looked upon completion.
